These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Wraith VPN website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using the Service in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service. Please also review our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

1. Description of Service

Wraith VPN is an anonymous VPN service that provides encrypted network access through global high-speed nodes. The Service supports USDT (TRC20), BTC, ETH, and other cryptocurrency payments, and enables multi-device connections, streaming unlock, and access to global AI and social platforms. The Service is provided on a subscription basis for the duration selected at purchase.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Service. By using Wraith VPN, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that your use of the Service complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and email address
• Safeguarding your cryptocurrency wallet and private keys
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Providing accurate information at registration and checkout

Wraith VPN is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account or wallet caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.

4. Payment Terms

All payments are processed in cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20, BTC, ETH, and others). By purchasing a plan, you agree that:

• Blockchain transactions are irreversible once confirmed
• You are responsible for sending the correct amount to the correct address on the correct network
• Subscription activation occurs automatically after blockchain confirmation
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy

5. Acceptable Use

The Service is intended solely to protect your privacy and enable lawful access to the open internet. You are expected to use the Service in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction and in the jurisdiction of the node you connect to.

6. Prohibited Activities

You must not use the Service to:

• Engage in any illegal activity, including network attacks, fraud, phishing, or distributing illegal content
• Send spam, malware, or conduct denial-of-service attacks
• Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of third parties
• Access or distribute child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content prohibited by law
• Resell, sublicense, or share your account with unauthorized third parties
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, circumvent, or abuse the Service's security or billing systems
• Use the Service in a way that damages, disables, or impairs our infrastructure or other users

Violations will result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund, and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability across all nodes, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime. Access may be interrupted by scheduled maintenance, node failures, network conditions, force majeure events, or factors outside our control. We are not liable for any damages arising from such interruptions.

8. Service Changes

We reserve the right to modify, add, or discontinue nodes, features, protocols, or package offerings at any time. Where changes materially affect existing subscriptions, we will provide reasonable advance notice on this page or by email.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, without refund, if you violate these Terms, any applicable law, or if we reasonably believe your account poses a risk to our infrastructure, other users, or third parties. You may terminate your subscription at any time by discontinuing use of the Service.

10. Intellectual Property

All software, logos, trademarks, content, and materials provided through the Service are owned by Wraith VPN or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

11. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Wraith VPN makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that specific websites or streaming platforms will always be accessible.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wraith VPN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wraith VPN, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to Wraith VPN's jurisdiction of operation, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

15. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any formal legal action, you agree to contact us at [email protected] to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, either party may pursue available legal remedies in the appropriate jurisdiction.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid one that most closely reflects the original intent.
